To secure your student’s spot at the Academy, please complete and submit this form no later than the deadline. If the deadline passes, customers may need to reapply to join the school and pay the associated fees. The one time commitment fee secures your student’s spot. Once the tuition payment plan is indicated and the commitment fee is paid, only then can your student begin attending classes.

Payment Agreement

Tuition is payable by money order, credit card, or through an approved third party vendor. Per Waybright Academy Policy, we are not permitted to accept cash for tuition payments. Accounts not paid current by the 15th of each month they are due, will be assessed a late fee. Unpaid or past due tuition may jeopardize the student’s enrollment status with the Academy. The enrollment contract may be extended or modified only with written consent of both parties.

A one time single payment at the start of the program. If the single payment is made by the date due and after a commitment fee was paid to hold a student's seat , the commitment fee will be deducted from the total tuition due in the form of a customer discount.

This option is available only to customers using the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) Program and their third party payment provider. If a quarterly tuition balance due remains after available ESA funds for the quarter are applied, customers are expected to pay the full amount by the due dates or late fees will apply. Customers can pay any amount towards their tuition balance at any time, directly to Waybright Academy.

Tuition is due each month for the number of months enrolled. Customers will be provided a bill for each month at the start of the program..

Refund Policy

All monies paid by the student will be fully refunded if the student chooses not to enroll in or to withdraw from the school within seven calendar days after having paid the commitment fee. If, after the seven-day cancellation period expires, a student withdraws or is terminated, the commitment fee is not refundable. Any remaining tuition costs (minus the commitment fee) will be prorated based on the month the student leaves. A student is considered in the program if they attend any days during a month. For example, if your student is withdrawn on October 4th, you will be responsible for tuition for all months, from the start of the payment period through and including the full month of October. The date of withdrawal or termination is the last date of attendance by the student. Refunds are prorated based on the month the student leaves All refunds due will be paid within sixty days of the student’s last date of attendance. I have been advised to keep a copy of this policy as well as copies of all financial documents Acceptance of enrollment in Waybright Academy is contingent upon a commitment by the Parent or Legal Guardian to the full length of the program payment terms, including payment due dates and fees, as defined in the Tuition Commitment Agreement used to collect the commitment fee. A request for withdrawal may be submitted based on a permanent family relocation or the sudden death or serious illness that would prohibit the student from participating in a school learning environment.
